Valentina was someone who everyone had trouble getting a read on. Val always was strategizing in the beginning of the game, talking with both the male and female tribe for hours on end. She quickly started to hunt for the idol with many other players, using it as a way to build trust with them. Finding herself in the core four alliance along with Maggie, Abi, and Slaylah... Valentina was set up for success on her tribe. She helped in the process in blindsiding Mary, and the downfall of Skylar. Valentina quickly became someone who held lots of power as everyone trusted her, but she was good at pretending to be innocent & quiet. A tribe swap in the game split Valentina up from her core four alliance, and put her in the minority with the women on her new tribe - 3-2. When her new tribe proved to be not as dominant in challenges, she quickly set her sights on many of the men trying to pull them in. Valentina along with the help of Slaylah helped orchestrate the downfall of both Brock & Seth, two players who would be hard to get out once a merge came. Heading into a merge, Valentina had the perfect strategy - lay low & let the big dogs battle it out. This strategy was smart for Valentina, as it allowed her to build trust with many players while staying out of the spotlight. Unknowing to her, Lala started to catch onto Valentina for her strategy, as Lala was doing the exact same thing of laying low. She never voted in the majority during her stay in the merge, as she couldn't break through the majority alliance partly due to Lala. A big mistake in Val's game had to be when she made Lala feel on the outside at the Women's tribe, and let her know she was the next to go, as Lala came back with vengeance once the merge hit. Valentina ultimately was voted out in a 6-3-1 vote, becoming the second member of the jury and the third female to fall victim of Lala's revenge.
