Bena started off in what seemed a great opening game. After Lala found both the male and female tribes idols, Lala noticed that Bena was on the outs of the males tribe and chose to grant him the immunity idol. When he didn't attend any tribal councils during the pre swap era of the game, Bena then found himself on a tribe with Lala, James, Ethan, and Abi after they did swap. When the tribe lost the first immunity challenge of the swap, Bena went to work and used his past relationship with Lala as well as his majority alliance with the men to stay safe. After the tribe had a clean run to the merge, Bena found himself in where both alliances knew they needed him, which set Bena up perfectly. He decided to take a run with Lala, James, Bladez, Ethan, Luca, and Thomas, which seemed to be the smartest move for him as they were able to take down Maggie at the first merged vote. Bena then began to vote for Bladez two tribal councils in a row, and both tribals he was left in the dark. Bena then once again voted for James incorrectly, after being blindsided and fellow ally Luca getting sent out the door. Bena then did one of the bravest things you could do in this game, which is going to rocks the proceeding tribal council to try to change up the game. Luck wasn't on Bena's side this time, as he was sent out due to drawing a rock. Bena was seen as socially unaware by many players, and someone who was too out there vocally.
